With his foot, he moves to kick up a bit of fabric caught on the edge of a wooden step. It probably looks like he was trying to step on it, though. He would never do that! Not to Kogitsunemaru who has never done anything to deserve Mutsu at his worse.

"Dunno how any of ya guys move around in this." He speaks casually and lightly. As for Mutsu himself, he's dressed differently himself but it isn't nearly as ridiculous as twelve layers of kimono.
