these past few months have relaxed yuu a little. that, and the whole slowly losing his ability to feel emotions thing helps in not reacting negatively to damian trying to get a rise out of him. )

Yeah, I get it. And I don't need a demon. ( with a pat to his sword's hilt. ) Ashuramaru is my friend, we work together. And I could handle myself even if I was here alone, but--having friends and family around really does make a difference, you know? I could do it alone, but I like knowing that I don't have to, that there's someone around who has my back in case stuff gets bad.
