He doesn't fish, but he's probably picked up some tips nonetheless because he and Estelle are practically joined at the hip and she is absolutely bonkers for it.

IT STILL WORKS he would absolutely pilfer fishing stuff if he thinks estelle might want it, so he could point her in estelle's direction if she wants True Fishing Wisdom and give her an excuse for more delicious cr! win win!
