Prompt 1:
t's cold. There's snow on the ground in this nebulous winter month, and hopefully you've found some ratted coats or blankets to drape over your shoulders, because the weather doesn't seem to be warming up at all. The snow has color, so at least it's not a weird, sickly grey color, but even so...
It's not very comfortable or pleasant, especially when you consider none of the houses have heating.
You might also want to be careful -- roofs that had seemed previously stable are now proving that they are much less so than you first thought; with the piling on of snow, that roof might just be collapsing right on top of you.
Prompt 2:
alloween was a great time in the Town! Too bad you missed it, because it seems like it was a party. And like all parties, the clean up is...well, it still needs doing. There are pumpkins everywhere, rotting rapidly now in a way that almost seems uncanny and not quite right, and on top of that? There are random bones everywhere, in a sinister, deep red color.
Er, maybe you should pick those up.
They're all thankfully otherwise normal, but also, try not to trip over random, half-rotted pumpkins lurking under the snow. Turns out if you touch one of those rotting pumpkins, so long as it was carved, you'll find yourself in part of a sexy Halloween costume, much like the Town has been plagued with over the last month. Wow, unfortunate.
Prompt 3:
n the end, though, the real trouble for people wandering the Town and still getting to know it is that... something is playing some sort of mischief on you. When you go wandering into the woods to gather firewood, you'll find that the moment you put any of it down to go gather more? It's gone, disappearing just like that, as if it was never there.
Don't worry, though! If you go looking, you'll probably find it in someone's house, or right next to someone, or even in their arms all of a sudden! They must have stolen your hard-earned firewood, which is really quite rude. Maybe you should do something about that.
(You really can't trust pixies, that's for sure; sorry if you were going about your day when they suddenly dumped a ton of firewood on you.)
Prompt 4:
ut the weird thing about winter is how gloomy and grim it is. The snow mutes the small amounts of color that were brought back with the Town, and slowly, things feel less and less cheerful, and less and less warm.
... Wait, no, maybe that isn't just a feeling.
The longer you spend in the snow, the more of your own color is sapped away. That...can't possibly be normal! And the more of your color fades away, the more your emotions are dulled as well. Excitement fades away, happiness seems like a distant thought, even worries aren't even a thing that can get to you anymore --
Thankfully, it's an easy fix; just dump a blanket on someone or hug them close to warm them up or shove them next to a fire, and their color will rapidly come back. Still, maybe you should be careful out in that weather.

[ she does spot the floating pumpkins behind kaoru and that made her drop her cutesy voice and cutesy facade a tad as she raises a brow at them. magic users don't faze her at all, seeing as she's one of the more powerful (and the cutest!!!) ones that had ever existed -
but cagliostro muses that no one would know of her in this world, so. shrugs. ]
Hm~. What are you planning to do with those?
no subject
[She doesn't need the cutesy stuff to be cute! As far as Kaoru is concerned, all girls are cute.]
I was just going to throw them out...but I guess they're soft enough they'd be great for pelting someone's house. But I don't really have a target.
[Except Mr. F, but like, where does that guy life? Who even knows.]
no subject
A target, hm~. [ uh oh ] Tell me, who's the one person who's wronged you recently? It's only fair if you get them back like this.
no subject
I guess if I threw them at Guren-san's house it'd amuse Okuni-chan too.
no subject
[ duh, newcomer. ]
But sure, lead the way. Was he that bad of a guy?
no subject
Guren-san's a good guy. It's just kind of fun to prank him sometimes.
Mr. F absolutely deserves to be pelted with rotten pumpkins in the face though.
[She considers for a moment before she sets off for the well.] Come on.
1/2
[ wonder if that guy's part of the helmuth guild. ah well, she'll ask more later. ]
You've got to make up your mind, though. Do you want to pumpkin-ize the recluse or not?
no subject
[ and now she's back to grinning mischievously like a little kid. which is it... ]
no subject
[Which is so invasive! What a creep.
If Okuni being amused wasn't enough reason, this girl's smile was also a compelling reason to pelt Gurnen's house (it's fine. This isn't game canon anyway.)]
Well, we do have a lot of pumpkins here...we could probably do both.
