Prompt 1:
 t happens in a flash. One second you're wandering the Town, living your casual, day-to-day life, and the next? You're suddenly face to face with a sweet fairy godmother. She's beautiful, and kind, and warm-hearted, tutting at you gently and encouraging you to just "answer a few questions for me, dearie".
If you don't, she'll just keep following you around, so maybe you should just get it over with...?
The questions she asks, are, well... a little personal. Have you ever killed someone? Have you ever had sex? Have you ever been jealous of someone else? Have you ever stolen? Have you ever been unkind?
The questions go on and on in that vein, growing increasingly unfair, until there's one you just can't answer -- and then she sighs, shaking her head, and declares you "not pure of heart at all". And then she'll cast a curse on you, before disappearing in a poof of nothingness.
The curse can do any of the following things:
1. Force you to only speak the truth, no matter how you try.
2. Make your powers run amuck, no matter how competent you are with them otherwise.
3. Just generally remove your inhibitions, so that you'll do things you'd normally be convinced are a bad idea.
Of course, if you're totally pure of heart and can answer everything yes a la Disney princesses, you won't get cursed at all. She'll pat you on the head before disappearing, you lucky duck, you.
Prompt 2:
t comes upon you like an absolutely ridiculous urge, one that's surely the Town's doing -- one moment you're walking, the next, the moment you see someone else, you feel the urge to intensely, fiercely engage in an insults battle.
This can take the form of flowery Shakespearean insults, or a rap battle, or who knows what else -- all your character knows is that they desperately have to win this battle of insults with this total stranger. Get to it!
Prompt 3:
 he quest sits proudly and clearly on the quest post on the forum. It seems simple, too:
Quest 87
Beautify the Kraken
Requirements: Any two colors.
Surely you can manage that much! So off to the harbor you go to find a kraken. That's actually the easy part; the kraken will emerge to anyone wading into the woods.
The much harder part is...beautifying it. Good luck trying to put some lipstick on it as it tries to drag you down into the depths! How much eyeshadow would a kraken even need? Do you even have any make-up on you from this desolated Town?
Prompt 4:
here's something weird about the Town today. It's foggy, and dark, and gloomy, which is a far cry from the typical summer warmth... and oddly silent too, as if the fog is muffling all sound. It gets quieter the closer you get to the well, too... and it feels like something is watching you.
Which is because, quiet simply, something is. It's a small, white porcelain doll, without a face. It just appears wherever you walk, staring you down as you go. It won't move while you're watching it, but as soon as you turn around...
It's suddenly right there next to you.
It doesn't actually want to hurt you. It's just there, following you, constantly... how obnoxious, this isn't a horror film!

Kraken; assuming not first encounter so we can write that later maybe

Oh, that is true. It is an option. It would take a lot of flowers though to make something of that size. We would need more people.

[ WangJi reaches into his sleeve,
not rummaging or anything undignified at all,taking out a wreathe of flowers that do not seem crushed at all. And he settles them on top of A-Yu-- of Lan SiZhui's head. So lightly. (It's an alchemical-magical wreathe that gives an extra special green thumb.) ]This will help with... plants. Will go look for help.

They have begun appearing inside the town. Pushing against protections where there are such.
When I first appeared here, the edge of the forest was outside the town.

[Yes, he was very aware that the trees were inside the town and not outside. He was quite clearly able to see the forest through the trees.
He knew that WangJi would only provide him with the best, most complete information available so he trusted exactly what would happen]
I will remain alert, HanGuang-Jun, and try to refrain from damaging one unless it becomes necessary.

He started for the shed to retrieve the seeds, keeping his hand close to his sword though not on it as he walked, attention on both the trees and the shed. The malicious aura was right; it felt heavy, like when they had been at Mo Village when that arm showed up]

[ WangJi tarries, but only to produce a few of the talismans that Wei Ying originally designed to dispel the malevolence and settle them around the area where SiZhui will be working. They might not fully keep everything away, but they should allow the junior to work in safety for a while.
He'll be back, later. ]

[ ... and he'll start working on a large chain of flowers, kneeling with his usual quietness. He's not the fastest at it yet, but it's clear that it's not the first time he's attempted to do this. ]

WangJi was gone by the time of his return, but the talismans meant to block malevolent forces arranged provided a clear working area. He smiled and set to work, beginning to plant the flower seeds.
He hadn't realized how quickly this wreath made things work, but when he glanced up at the trees to ensure they weren't getting too close before looking back, he was pleasantly surprised to see that they were already visibly growing. It really was amazing. How quickly would vegetables grow with this. No one could possibly go hungry.
He didn't notice it taking his energy so he kept going. By the time WangJi returned, there were quite a large number of flowers ready. He smiled]
Wonderful. We should be able to get it to the kraken in no time. This wreath really is helpful.

[ WangJi's calm, as per usual, but he does add, without even having to think of it, ] be careful. The creatures underwater are strong. Be fast and smart, even if it might mean failing the quest.

[ WangJi nodded, and his expression softened in approval. A-Yuan... SiZhui seemed to be used to working with him, and that eased some of his concern, considering the danger. (Wei Ying would never forgive him if he let anything happened to this junior.) ]
